Crewed.EjectOnSell and Crewed.EjectOnDestroy

After adding GLA Holes i moved crew to hole to make it unexploitable to get more units. But now they don't leave units on sell. I think these can be helpful so i can disable crew on destroy and keep on sell.

Also other modders may want it as most new RTS games only eject crew on sell not destroy.
