Cloak Logic Enhancements
A Way to emulate units which cloak only when deployed (To simulate hiding)
Additional code for the Cloak Logic.

If set to yes, The Infantry will only be cloaked when deployed. (For Infantry Only)
[Decloak.ToMove=]
If set to yes, The Technotype will decloak when moving. (This one is for all TechnoTypes)

- When I set a GI ( [E1] ) Cloakable=yes & Cloakable.
- I already confirmed CloakStop on another blueprint or bug report that worked that tag.

Yes, the Decloak.ToMove tag has the same meaning as CloakStop, so there's nothing to add. Cloak.Deployed is implemented as Cloakable.Deployed, to have a halfway consistent naming scheme.Thanks for confirming! --AlexB
