Restore Chain Reactions from Tiberian Sun. Chain Reaction are the close range damage effect of Tiberium overlay (not the big debris spawning TiberiumChainReaction effect of Animations).

The ChainReaction=yes feature has been restored. See ModEnc for a description on what it does.

Additionally, it has been made customizable:
[Tiberium]ExplosionWarhead= (warhead, defaults to [General]C4Warhead)
The warhead used to deliver the damage of the chain reaction effect.

TS's C4Warhead was HE, which had Spread set (among other things). RA2 uses Super, which doesn't. To make ChainReaction work like in TS, this should be set to a TS-HE-type warhead.
