limiting carrier hornet's flight range

upon acquiring a target, hornets would chase the target and bomb it until it (hopefully) dies. the problem is if the target is moving really fast, it would end up chasing the target to the "other side of the map".

the concept would be limiting the carrier hornet's flight range via the range of the launcher (HornetLauncher). this would prevent the users of the carrier from "scouting the map" by hornet spam, stop the lame chasing of slow hornets against fast-moving targets and would add a certain realism to the game.
