Buildings without health display a red pip

An important game breaking bug the community is rather quiet about is that certain buildings show their last pip in green color instead of red. This can be seen on the oil derricks, for example. As this is in the player's view almost the entire time, this should be fixed ASAP now.

ยท I tried to reproduce the last green dot issue against the same building mentioned here but the last dot is always red, as it should be. For a better observation I reduced the game speed to 1.
