Better Unit Delivery support for Deferment

UnitDelivery could use some support for the text message and sound when being activated.

UnitDelivery now supports SW.ActivationSound= and Message.Activate=. Both are used after the deferment, i.e. when the units are placed.

I declared any of these tags (or both) on a delivery SW and these 2 tags worked as expected:
· When the SW.Deferment countdown finish.
· If this deferment delay isn't declared I noticed that these 2 tags are being executed when the units are placed.
