AV from Firestorm

Bring back the AV tag not well-known from Firestorm, which allows to customize whether a projectile can target vehicles.

[Projectile]AV= (bool, defaults to AG): Whether this projectile can be fired at vehicles (UnitTypes). Opposed to TS, AV does not override AG and AA, and it can be defined independently of the two.

Change: Deviate from TS's path: AV=yes now prevents the projectile from targeting VehicleTypes.

In TS, IsLimpetMine was responsible for the player being unable to select non-vehicle targets, and only targets automatically selected (only vehicles because of AV) were attacked. As there is yet no replacement for IsLimpetMine's missing feature besides IsPassable (and EMPulseCannon=yes has side effects), this should make the tag a tad more useful. -AlexB
