AttackCursorOnFriendlies on WeaponTypes

AttackCursorOnFriendlies is currently only used on units, meaning that all of its weapons will have an attack cursor on friendlies. This means, that for example a following unit cannot be made: an artillery which has a primary weapon to use against enemies and a secondary weapon that can only target a special 'friendly' beacon. The only way to fire at the beacon is to use Force Fire which isn't really intuitive, it's something you don't expect. If AttackCursorOnFriendlies=yes or something similar could be placed on the anti-beacon weapon entry, we would get the attack cursor on a 'friendly' object only for this weapon.
