'Assaulter' tag customisation

'Assaulter' is rarely used in mods, because if is very unbalanced. Allaulter unit just enters the buildind, instantly kills all occupants, regardless of their number and strength, and leaves the bulding next second. It have to be more flexible, more balanced.

Maybe something like this:

Assaulter.Delay=0
; Number of frames between assaulter enters buldings and starts killing.
Assaulter.KillChance=100%
; Chances that assaulter will kill occupants or will be killed himself.
Assaulter.KillAll=yes
; If set to'no', Assaulter will not kill all occupants instantly, but one-by-one. In this case, Assaulter.Delay and Assaulter.KillChance will be calculated for every next Occupant.
