Allow modders to choose what happens to a parasite when a host vehicle is destroyed

Currently, when a host vehicle is destroyed by something other then the parasite, the parasite dies. Always. There should be an option to allow the parasite to come out unharmed or with some health gone.

Whether the parasite dies or not is decided by SuppressionThreshold (parasite survives if nothing hits the host for over this value). However surviving with less hp can't be done. -GenesisAria
