Aiming point in buildings

Not necessarily a tag, I was thinking about a more realistic attacking/
Units and weapons normally aim at the base of the building, where the outline is placed.
What if the units could aim at an higher point of the building? Maybe a random point in the building that changes at every shot, or even a fixed point at the center of the SHP. This makes also a very nice effect with more units shooting at the same building.
I think aiming at the base is already a realistic way to make a building fall down, but that's kinda repetitive and it doesn't fully fit with the destroying anims in buildings, monuments, etc.
