advanced building specific options

Hi there and greets to all Ares developers x))
I was wondering, is it possible to implement non-sidebar build options, ie.: hover above the building (like old "component tower" or "TS power plant), or any building which allows upgrades, and then to show (or show all the time) possible upgrades options, available to build separate from sidebar... or; yet another idea, to add NEW sidebar tab (fifth tab) and new sidebar options... is that possible?

Adding a fifth sidebar option would involve a lot of work for little gain. What could be done is when a upgradeable building is selected, the available upgrades(cameos) become visible at the defense tab(or the first tab), and goes away when deselected.
