Academy Tech Buildings to promote units built

Registered by AlexB

Trainable=yes units and structures can get a veterancy bonus then being build while a player owns one of these academy buildings. Academies work as tech structures, transfer their effects if captured and also work as player-built structures.

[BuildingType]Academy.InfantryVeterancy= (double, defaults to 0.0)
[BuildingType]Academy.AircraftVeterancy= (double, defaults to 0.0)
[BuildingType]Academy.VehiclesVeterancy= (double, defaults to 0.0)
[BuildingType]Academy.BuildingVeterancy= (double, defaults to 0.0)

The veterancy bonus in promotion levels to grant if a player owns one of these buildings. If a player owns more than one academy building, the highest value is awarded. The effect does not stack. Handicaps using negative values aren't possible. Use decimal values to grant only a level partially.

To promote only specific types or to not promote all but the specified types:

[BuildingType]Academy.Types= (list of TechnoTypes, defaults to none)
The types affected by this academy. Only types in this list get the defined bonuses. If the list is empty, all types are affected.

[BuildingType]Academy.Ignore= (list of TechnoTypes, defaults to none)
The types that will never be affected by this academy.

14.257.320, works without issues, but i think there's a typo in Academy.BuildingVeterancy=. It works only when the tag is named Academy.BuildingsVeterancy=. - mevitar

Thanks for testing! Indeed all names were in plural form, and singular in the preliminary documentation. I've changed the spelling, so now, BuildingVeterancy and VehicleVeterancy will be the correct ones. -AlexB
