Cache object to automize memory management when all variables do not fit into memory

Implement the object api_core_cache, currently drafted in a placeholder function of the same name. The purpose is to be a helper object for automatizing storage of many variables into temporary file(s) when they do not all fit to memory at once. Accessing stored variables would automatically fetch their content when needed.
