Automatic installation
Aptoncd is a great idea, but there is something about it that doesn't make any sense: its main purpose is to allow easy installation of a set of packages on a computer without Internet access. Yet, in order to tho that, that computer must download aptoncd from the Internet! That's twisted.
A saner approach would be to let aptoncd include itself in every CD it creates, and make it automatically executable. So, when an aptoncd CD is inserted in a computer it detects if that PC has aptoncd installed, and if it doesn't it asks the user if they want to install and run aptoncd.

Whiteboard
Also it should actually install those packages by itself, No sudo apt-get blah blah, just pop the cd or dvd in and it selects the previously deselcted packages and poof theyre installed. I know that sounds kinda windowsy but I personally like the idea of it auto installing itself and the packages all at the same time instead of extra steps. If you can make the first part happen( auto installing aptoncd) then surely theres a way to make the packages auto install also.
