Give the possibility to generate POD templates from information in a dashboard

Because a dashboard is configured at the flavour-level, we should add in every flavour (tab "document generation") the possibility to define POD templates for a flavour. Those templates will be displayed on the dashboard (top-right, like on consult views). Values entered by the user in header fields and sort preferences would be available in the POD template: this way, the POD result can reproduce the web result.
