attach others dumps files to a bug already reported

In the apport crash report program, firstly I cant see my dumps to compare to others bugs ( minor problem because needs a power user to compare :)
but when I find a bug with same description of mine, I cannot add my self dumps to help that bug. I can send only when i report NEW bug.( many duplicate bugs :(
Other thing : If I knew where the files are located , maybe manually add to a comment with attachment , but this files are not easy to find.

because these problems , the apport service reporting as attachement to aready bug located will help to collect more evidences about bugs
