Extend apport featues: resending, ability to deny /allow data from being sent

I have some ideas with apport and its graphical interface. Several times during the upload of a heavy bugreport to launchpad, my wlan Internet connection was disconnected for a bit of time. After a while apport stopped to send the report. -> It would be nice to have a option to send bugreports later or to have a resend option.

Another "problem" or may I was to stupid how to handle is, that when apport did send a bug report with all the documents and I do subscribe instead of create a new bug report all the bug hunting documents are gone.

And my last idea is that users have kind of an expert function, where they can specifier the data which the allow to send and not allow. (pirvacy also in point of the secont idea)

Hope someone else think that my ideas are worth to be implemented someday.
