Debug button for Apport to triage the bug then and there

Currently, Apport only sends bugs to Launchpad. For those who like to triage bugs themself, it would be useful to have a debug button that fetches the source packages and build dependencies, and then starts an appropriate debugger (like gdb for C or C++). Then the package can be rebuilt and tested, and if it works, the report can be sent along with the patch to Launchpad.
