Inclusion of a RSS Feed Reader

It would be interesting to include a native RSS Feed Reader. There is a Vala option called FeedReader that makes use of other services to manage the feeds. The software is installed as follows:
```
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:eviltwin1/feedreader-stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install feedreader
```
It requires to have either a feedly.com account where the feeds are managed or a Tiny Tiny RSS installation which would also work. It would be desirable to let the Feed Reader manage all these things without the interaction of third party services, but anyway it looks pretty good.
