AppCenter Prototype

We should build out a prototype of AppCenter so we can compare its looks and functionality to Software Center and PackageKit, then decide on whether or not we want to continue developing AppCenter.

This will require some updated mocks from Dan (unless we want to build it based on the existing mocks). I believe AppCenter should also utilize GTK3, Granite, and Vala, as they're the standards we use for our other apps.

novabyte has some progress here: https://github.com/novabyte/appcenter. It'd be nice to move that into bzr and get some more momentum going.

now it works with packagekit. As soon as libappstore will be integrated with appstream it would work in the best way possible. --mefrio
