Allow app catalog to host multiple types of assets

Currently the App Catalog can only handle three asset types (Murano, Heat, Glance). These assets are stored in three individual YAML files with different structures. The website front-end displaying these assets relies on the three files, and can only handle these three types.
This blueprint will be used to track the work items required to allow the app catalog to host many more asset types.
