Add Default Login to Templates
Default Username needs to be added to the templates. Currently it is not included and requires searching different distributions websites/wikis for the data. As the username is different across different distributions, it would be useful.

This could be accomplished right now by adding "default-username" field to attributes. We would also need to update the wiki page for contributors to note that field should be entered for new glance assets.
Determining which default username is set for existing assets would be a good exercise for someone who wants to determine that and then update the existing assats.yaml.
This will also need to be addressed when the backend migrates to glare.

Adds Default Logins to Templates
The login information being used is from the OpenStack documentation. Other providers may need to update/add 'cloud_user: user' when they update their next asset.

Updated assets.yaml to include cloud_user for the distributions that are documented in the official OpenStack guides.
