enable event alarm to receive multiple sub-alarms

When I used event alarm, I found it is awful to create an alarm for each event.
For example, I want Aodh to recieve and manage alarms from Zabbix which has it ows alarm function. When I used event alarm, I found I need always handle the alarms in Aodh once I update Zabbix (e.g. add a triger/alarm in Zabbix).
I think it is better to create one event alarm to recieve a type of alarm (multi-sub-alarms) such as the all alarms in one host which monitored by Zabbix. So that I need to do nothing in Aodh no matter any update in Zabbix.
