Use plumbum for remote&local commands/installs...

I looked over fabric and was seeing that it uses a ton of global state, so that really didn't make me feel like it was a good option/fit. I then found http://plumbum.readthedocs.org/ which does seem to have a good object model, no global state, and seems to have much better potential and more pythonic like usage of remote/local commands. With some small amount of work, it might just be the remote/local installer that we want (if any at all).
