Create pkgs from devstackpy??

A possibly useful feature. How hard would it be the generate rpms/debs from devstack py??

It might be easy, since when we install to a directory, this directory is basically pretty much self contained, minus dependencies, which matches how rpms are built (ie a buildroot gets created, using chroot, and then the install happens there, and then that buildroot gets made into a package). We might be close to that already?
