Personas

OpenStack can be configured in different ways, depending on the components used and the number of systems involved in an environment. This blueprint calls for the addition of "persona" configuration files to drive the installer to control which components are installed and to provide hooks for persona-specific configuration (such as would be used to configure nova with quantum vs. nova without quantum).
