Bindep usage may help solve the 'other packages' we install

Instead of having to specify other packages that we depend upon for core openstack projects, it would be nice to take advantage of bindep to give us those extra dependencies by providing it a profile and have it echo back what else is needed for that profile. We can then suck those things that get echoed and include them in rpm building and dependency finding...
