Provide init.d scripts for openstack services and use them in start/stop/restart

Instead of relying on starting/stopping/restarting via the binary names it might be neat to try to provide an alternate way that bundles init.d scripts (not upstart or systemd, since init.d is more widely supported) into the rpms that are created for the openstack components and use these init.d scripts for starting/stopping/restarting the various services (using something like 'service nova-compute restart').
