Process dependencies between OpenStack components

There are some simple dependencies between OpenStack components, e.g., horizon depends on python-keystoneclient or nova depends on oslo-config. We can remove such packages from `components` section of `personas` YAMLs.
YUM can easily install these dependencies automatically. The only thing to ensure is that their RPMs are built and added to generated openstack-deps repo.
