Mock Storage Implementation

mock-storage-implementation is a temporary data storage solution to parse data and store data blocks in files in addition to sending data to other nodes for network storage. Data would be stored in ~/.vomun/blocks/uuks/ and contained in files which are indexed in a manifiest file to list which file contains which UUK block.

Create the packets necessary to store blocks. Then, store every block we need for testing purposes so that we can release the real storage-implementation more easily in beta-3.
