Restructure Visualizer Plugins

The target of this feature to transform KWIC to a normal visualizer plugin. The new KWIC visualizer should not be collapsable like the old plugins, which contain an iframe. After all it makes sense, that Vaadin components should also be allowed to act as visualizer plugins. To achieve this, there must be a new toplevel interface for plugins, which only containes the name of the linguistic name of the visualizer.
