Implemented as freestanding extension. Extends SpecialPage as much as
possible. Uses jQuery.
The integration is made by adding a button to which the dialog window
containing the upload form is viewed. A callback is passed that can
be used for receiving the name of the file page on after successful
upload.
There is a builtin jQuery dialog window that may be used. Also a
patch for a ckeditor dialog window is also included.
