trigger multiple notifications: e.g. start application, _and_ play sound

right now the notification setup of an alarm allows to either start an application, or start a sound.
Instead of either/or, make it and/and (check boxes).
I like to have a loud sound to wake me up, and start a life stream to the news, preferably without creating two similar alarms.
This also makes sense because the third notification option "show notification bubble" is a checkbox too.

Good idea, I've thought about the same thing myself but never saw the use case for it.
There's something of a temporary hack/fix for this, which is to write a basic shell script containing something like this:
paplay "~/ding.wav"
speak "This is an alarm"
...and pass that script as the command in an alarm.
