Move applet to notification area

The applet should be moved to the notification area. There is no real benefits of being an applet, and moving to the notification area will be more compatible with the upcoming GNOME Shell. The only drawback of living in the notification area is the inability to display the countdown timer, but this is not really an important feature...

The alarm-clock-applet binary should be moved to /usr/bin
