iCal Feed Triggers (i.e. don't fire alarm on holidays)

Goal is add an iCal feed into an alarm and then either NOT fire on days within a given iCal feed (i.e. holidays) or ONLY fire on iCal feed days (i.e. I'm a divorced dad and have my kid 2 weeks on, 2 off... need different alarms when kid not here). Another nice option would be text-to-speech whatever is on the iCal ("you have 3 appointments today, at 11am, 2pm...")
