Add and expose additional tree statistics within Persistit

Persistit includes statistical information as part of it's monitoring and management. One area to further develop is per-tree statistics. Information that should be recorded per tree includes:
- Number of lookups
- Average number of rows/lookup
- Frequency of Insert
- Frequency of Update
- Frequency of Delete
