Features and bug fixes are numerous for the Kilo release. These will be backported into the stable/juno release by branching at stable/kilo.

Ryanpetrelo will bug fix off stable/juno. He has verfiied that stable/kilo works for openstack juno code already. This will be longer term work to bug fix stable/juno, so I won't block this blueprint being complete.
