Visible menu links table construction

menu_router deals mainly with the callback function for a given path. Menu links, in contrary, with paths that are visible. There are not the same once you can have hidden paths or custom paths (you can create an alias to another path). Its was partially implemented when the menu_router was implemented, but it is still heavily incomplete.
