Enable users to subscribe to element history using a syndication news feed (eg. RSS or ATOM). Could possibly also include the posibility to subscribe to other ClearCase related events (A stream having a new recommend baseline, a project being locked obsolete, a team-stream delivering to it's default target ...any ideas are welcome)
