New score file format

Currently I use strftime output to record date and time. This is locale-dependent. Better way should use epoch time to record date, and show it in locale-specific format.
Also, score is recorded as seconds used. For long game session, like 150s is not beautiful. We should record or display it in minutes plus seconds.
But these break old score file format.
