Make it easier for a human to read tempurl timestamp

When issuing a tempurl to an object, the timestamp is in Unix timestamp format. That makes a lot of sense for computers, but it's very hard for people to read and make sense of. So, this proposal would be to use ISO 8601 with UTC instead (or configurable, or selectable). For example: 2017-01-05T22:53Z (or: 20170105T2253Z, which I believe is also valid under ISO8601).
