An infobar support

Of course, PyRoom is meant to be as simple, as it can be, so I imply that this feature should be optional. The idea is that the user should have a status bar. The preferences should enable him to define, what's placed on this bar, as well as properties of the bar itself (colours, size, alighnment, top/bottom, etc). The information for the bar: time/date, name of the document, alarm timer, current progress (in percents or other units), total units in the document (pages, characters, lines, words) and the current keyboard layout. Of course it should be up to the user, as to display this bar or not as well as what elements should be present on this panel.
