Rename Parallels Cloud Server to Virtuozzo
As Parallels Cloud Server product was renamed within Parallels company rebranding we need to change its reference in nova/lbvirt driver accordinly. libvirt section in nova.con would change 'virt_type' from 'parallels' to 'vz'.

libvirt: rename parallels driver to virtuozzo
We are not happy about the end user impact here, this will need a very short spec to agree the upgrade impact here. If we cover that in the above description quickly, maybe we avoid creating a spec, but I think spec is the quickest way to get this approved. --johnthetubaguy 11th June 2015
