Support more image properties
Currently nova checks only very limited image properties like 'architecture',
'hypervisor_type', 'vm_mode' while an image can have specific other requirements.
An image may require specific CPU capability like AES instruction support, the
geo the instance should run, or some specific PCI devices. Nova should check
these image properties.
This is especially important for NFV usage, which has more strict requirement
on performance and quality.
