commands should have mysql in their names

Registered by Thomas Koch

I'm filling a Debian Request for Packaging right now. I think, that for a distribution it is much better not to use such an arbitrary name like "make_sandbox" since their could be many sandboxing tools on one development machine.
Changing the commands to mysqlsb_XXX means, that their won't be name conflicts and you can also quickly scan all available commands from mysql sandbox.
