Support keystone v3

muranoclient should support keystone v3; many existing openstack projects have already made the necessary modifications, and it may become a default for HP's deployments. This should just require changes to muranoclient.

This may be a good opportunity to move to the oslo apiclient, if it already adds this functionality (https://github.com/openstack/oslo-incubator/tree/master/openstack/common/apiclient)
