delay feature within mistral with-items

We need a feature within the with-items function that allows for a delay on each iteration of the loop.
This will enable for the loops of with-items to be staggered distributing the work load triggered by each iteration.
Something such as "delay-iteration" or "delay-item".
wait-before and wait-after affect the entire tasks not the individual iterations.
