List as data type

We need to add basic suport of lists of numbers, strings and blobs as available data type in MagnetoDB along with single-valued attributes and sets.
- add support of lists to storage backend API
- add support of 'SL' , 'NL', 'BL' types to CreateTable, DescribeTable REST API calls
- add support of 'SL' , 'NL', 'BL' types to Item related REST API calls
Lists are not supposed tobe used as hash or range key.
No per-element operations on lists are planned in scope of this BP.
