Convert platforms to common clk

[jakub-pavelek 2013-03-25] Moving to 3.10

[arnd-arndb 2013-05-08] exynos and ux500 done for 3.10.
Platforms that not yet support COMMON_CLK are:
VERSATILE, AT91, EP93XX, W90X900, LPC32XX, PXA, MSM, SHMOBILE, SA1100, S3C24XX, S3C64XX, S5P64XX, S5PC100, S5PV210, DAVINCI and OMAP1. Listing the Linaro member platforms as TODO below. at91 (Atmel), msm (Qualcomm) and shmobile (Renesas) are being done by the respective platoform maintainers on their schedule. ep93xx, w90x900 and lpc32xx might get done if we decide to do multiplatform support for those. pxa and sa1100 will not be multiplatform, so they are the lowest priority, the only reason to do those would be to kill off the uncommon clock support.
[jakub-pavelek 2013-05-10] The essential part made it to 3.10, small platforms to be still done. Perhaps we could track the remaining work in a separate blueprint?
